In January we hatched a mountain of plans for the year ahead, of which our wedding is the peak. We've mapped our journey to the top and, along the way, we'll be digging up our New York City roots. This summer we'll wave goodbye to the city that has shaped us during our malleable and formative twenties. Jon and Jean, Jenny's parents, have graciously opened their doors to us, and we'll be living with them in Atascadero, California for the remainder of August and through October.

We're planning an unhurried cross-country drive back to New York in November. From there, we will be scouring upstate and the Catskills for a place to call home for us and the Spare Key Cafe, the other plan we've been devoting hours to making our new(ly wed) reality.

This is all to say we have a mobile, transient, and exciting year ahead. Celebrating our love with our closest friends and families will be a highlight of our lives, and as we look forward to making a life for ourselves, we have chosen to veer from a traditional wedding registry and kindly ask with humility that your most generous donations to our love be made here.
